I charge $12/ foot for balloon garlands. They are available in 3 different sizes but I can customize the size, if needed. Balloons are now available for pick up only. Hang your garland like a pro by following this simple tutorial! All purchases include an installation kit, complete with everything you will need! Installation is not available at this time but I can deliver for $10-$30 depending on location.
